Foreign Labor Certification—Employers that wish to hire H-2B workers must first receive certification from the US Department of Labor that there are not sufficient US workers available to do the temporary work; and that hiring H-2B workers will not adversely affect the Americans workers in their community. InterExchange will help you complete and process the application for foreign labor certification.
H-2B Visa petition—Once your business receives the foreign labor certification and you’ve identified the H-2B workers you want to hire, you must file a petition with the USCIS to sponsor the visas for those workers. InterExchange takes care of processing this petition for you.
