Our Cultural Quest contest is your chance to compete with other InterExchange participants by posting videos to your social media profiles. All you need to do is share your experience participating in one of InterExchange’s programs or about your interactions with InterExchange.
Our panel of judges will choose winning entries based on creativity, enthusiasm, and engagement with the local community and other international students.

Join the Cultural Quest WhatsApp Group. By joining the WhatsApp Community and Group, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of entry. Read the complete official rules.
2. Create, Tag & Share
Post videos about your cultural exchange experience on social Instagram, Tiktok, or Youtube. Use the hashtag #CulturalQuest24 and tag @InterExchange.
3. Win the prizes
Share a link to your post in the Cultural Quest Whatsapp group for your chance to win. You may submit as many entries as you like!
Eligibility & Rules
- You must be visiting the United States—or traveling abroad as a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident—as an InterExchange participant during the contest period (May 15, 2024-August 15, 2024).
- Record videos about your cultural exchange experience and post them on a publicly accessible Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account using the designated event hashtag #CulturalQuest24 and tagging the InterExchange respective social media account where possible.
- Share a link to your post in the Cultural Quest Whatsapp group. You may submit as many entries as you like!
- You may collaborate with other InterExchange participants during the contest but you must submit your own individual entries.
- Winners will be announced on the official InterExchange WhatsApp Community Group.
